About the role
We are currently seeking CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one care in a home setting for a client in Lake City, FL. The position requires 7 days per week coverage from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible shift options.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance to clients with activities of daily living
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Ensure client safety and comfort
- Communicate regularly with the client's family and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Recent health statement indicating freedom from communicable diseases
- Completed CEUs in relevant areas
- Passed required dementia training through Elder Affairs

Pay
The pay rate is $18–$22/hour, based on experience and assignment. A $100 sign-on bonus is offered after eligibility requirements are successfully met.
