About the role
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to treat various upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. We are seeking a hand therapist skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure success. Therapists with a minimum of 1 year of hand therapy experience or those working toward CHT certification are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate, discharge, and communicate high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs
- Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients while expanding client relations
- Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
- Specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
- National registration and state licensure or registration
- Previous, demonstrated marketing experience
- Solid experience in custom splinting for pre- and post-op orthopedic care
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver’s license
