Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist with certification in hand therapy? We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Certified Hand Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Wage
$85,280–$116,480 annually (commensurate with experience)
Requirements
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide high-quality rehabilitative care for orthopedic and upper extremity conditions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR system
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress
- Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), students, and support staff
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to organizational success
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, successful completion of clinical internship, 3–5 years of occupational therapy experience preferred, orthopedic and sports medicine experience strongly preferred, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification required
- Licensure & Certifications: Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license required, Current CPR certification required
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, rehabilitation techniques, and disease processes
- Experience with custom splint fabrication and upper extremity rehabilitation
- Excellent manual therapy and patient evaluation skills
- Able to educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Able to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position works primarily in a patient therapy gym within a busy medical practice environment. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting patients throughout the day. Candidates must be able to safely support patient mobility and occasionally lift or move objects over 50 pounds.
