Certified Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational or Physical Therapist to join a large hand therapy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing their skills as a hand therapist and providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with patients with post-traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist, and hand. Therapists will utilize a variety of therapy equipment and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide, educate, and coach patients through personalized treatment plans
• Focus on excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• No insurance authorization duties required

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• Current occupational or physical therapy license
• CHT license and CPR certification
• Experience in splinting preferred or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
• Passion for hand therapy and patient education

Pay

Salary range of $93,000 - $109,000 based on experience. Sign-on bonus available.
