No prior fitness experience is necessary, but candidates with experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration. All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be willing to participate in our exercise and nutrition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized physical conditioning programs using proprietary technology.
• Provide professional coach-assisted stretching and functional balance transformation programs.
• Guide clients through targeted strength training programs in a clinical exercise environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification courses (e.g., The Exercise Coach Certification, Stretch Coach Certification).
• Uphold the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach methodology.

Requirements

• Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course and Stretch Coach Certification Course.
• Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally recognized provider.
• Eligibility to work in the USA.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s exercise and nutrition methodology.
