What You’ll Do: As a Certified Exercise Coach, your role will be a dynamic mix of training, coaching, educating, and motivating. Every day brings something new: Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions using our cutting-edge Exerbotics technologyConduct fitness consultations and track individual client progressSupport and educate clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidanceHelp grow the studio through relationship-building and promoting packagesBe part of a tight-knit, mission-driven team that loves to celebrate wins What We’re Looking For: You're the right fit if you: Are passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people live betterLove working with people and building strong client relationshipsCommunicate clearly and confidently, in person and over the phoneAre eager to grow your knowledge and career in a supportive, high-impact environment Preferred: College degree in a health-related field (or equivalent knowledge)1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitnessBasic nutrition understandingCPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified) No previous training experience?
