The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach
This role involves delivering One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day-to-day work includes:
- Conducting initial consultations
- Leading individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Tracking fitness results for clients and leading client education
- Growing the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Maintaining studio metrics to measure success
