Responsibilities
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Conducting initial consultations
- Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
Qualifications
- Passion for Health & Fitness
- Good Communication Skills
- People skills and personality
- Health and Fitness Education
- Basic nutrition knowledge
- College degree in a health-related field (preferred but not required)
- Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology
- Working knowledge of good health and fitness practices

- Experience with various strength training methods
- Experience working with older adults with various limitations
