Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
