Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

About the role

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies and is currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities

• Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Chart and execute plans of care
• Work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care
• Staff long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care
• On-site training provided
• More shifts may become available upon proper fulfillment of responsibilities

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B)
• CPR certification
• Pass a criminal background check
