Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-balanced, nutritious weekly menus that delight residents
- Enforce strict federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation regulations, including ServSafe standards
- Conduct thorough safety and sanitation inspections regularly
- Ensure top-notch food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Manage dietary inventory, budget, and vendor coordination efficiently
- Lead, inspire, and train the dietary team to achieve excellence
- Support special facility events through catering and community engagement
Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
- ServSafe certification
- Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care dietary services (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented approach with a passion for quality care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in dietary management or related field
- Current certification in ServSafe
Skills

Schedule
Full-time positions available with flexible scheduling options: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
