Short Description

Directs, designs, implements and documents patient education for Cooper Diabetes Education Center’s Self-Management Education Program in Cherry Hill and Willingboro.

Experience Required

• 2 years experience preferred in diabetes care and education/counseling of patients with Diabetes

Requirements

• RN or MS RD license or PharmD.
• Masters preferred.

Licenses/Certifications Required

• NJ-RN or CDCES license or within 36 months of eligibility of CDCES exam.
