Certified Dental Assistant - Training & Support

About the role

Join a rewarding healthcare career as a Dental Assistant with no prior experience required. In this role, you will support dental teams by assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), recording patient information, sterilizing tools, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will also support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling, share post-treatment care tips, and adhere to safety guidelines including OSHA and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Assist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms
• Take X-rays (training provided)
• Record patient information
• Sterilize dental tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support front-desk tasks (check-in and scheduling)
• Provide post-treatment care instructions
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and eagerness to learn
• Background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting certification (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)

Pay

$18 to $25 per hour, with pay increases based on experience
