About the role
Join a rewarding healthcare career as a Dental Assistant with no prior experience required. In this role, you will support dental teams by assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), recording patient information, sterilizing tools, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will also support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling, share post-treatment care tips, and adhere to safety guidelines including OSHA and HIPAA.
Responsibilities
- Assist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Take X-rays (training provided)
- Record patient information
- Sterilize dental tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support front-desk tasks (check-in and scheduling)
- Provide post-treatment care instructions
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and eagerness to learn
- Background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Work authorization in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Dental assisting certification (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
