About the role
Join as a Dental Assistant and launch a rewarding healthcare career! This role involves supporting clinical teams by assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), and maintaining patient records. You will also sterilize tools, support front-desk operations, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms
- Take X-rays and record patient information
- Sterilize tools and maintain workspace
- Support check-in and scheduling
- Share post-treatment care tips
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with a willingness to learn
- Background check, valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S.
Bonus skills include dental assisting certification and bilingual abilities, but these are not required.
Training & Compensation
- No experience necessary; hands-on training provided
- Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $25, based on experience
