Certified Dental Assistant - Training & Support

About the role

This role involves supporting clinical teams by assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), and maintaining patient records. You will also sterilize tools, support front-desk operations, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms
• Take X-rays and record patient information
• Sterilize tools and maintain workspace
• Support check-in and scheduling
• Share post-treatment care tips
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with a willingness to learn
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Bonus skills include dental assisting certification and bilingual abilities, but these are not required.

Training & Compensation

• No experience necessary; hands-on training provided
• Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $25, based on experience
