Responsibilities
- Aid the doctor during dental procedures.
- Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Educate patients on treatment and post-op instructions.
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant in Florida.
- X-ray certification required.
- 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Dentrix preferred.
- Invisalign experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with treatment plan presentation and case acceptance is a major plus.
Pay
- Entry-level dental assistant: $18-$20/hour.
- Strong experienced assistant: $20-24/hour.
- High-level assistant with presentation/case acceptance skills: $24-$28/hour.
Schedule
Saturdays until 2:30pm required. Thursdays & Sundays closed.
