We’re looking for a Certified Dealer Instructor – Wirtgen who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. In this role, you’ll support our teams and customers by delivering technical training and building confidence across the organization.

Pay

$88,000 - $110,000 per year with 8% bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging classroom and hands-on sessions that help service teams and customers build confidence with equipment.
• Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems to make complex topics easier to understand.
• Serve as a go-to technical resource, supporting teams and customers with guidance and troubleshooting.
• Work with technicians to understand field trends and incorporate real-world issues into training.

Requirements

• Experience training, coaching, or teaching in a technical environment.
• Strong technical foundation in heavy equipment systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Comfortable using computers and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support training across locations.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
