Certified Cogito Analyst/PM

Location: Remote (travel required once per quarter to Boston, MA)

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders across multiple hospitals. Lead discussions amongst cross-functional teams to gather and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and met.
• Facilitate alignment between business needs, data reporting, and system-wide goals through recurring discussions.
• Work within Epic system independently to map specific data points and document metric definitions.
• Reporting Queue & Prioritization Management: Oversee assigned requests in the intake process for data/reporting requests, managing the queue, and prioritizing based on organizational strategy. Ensure requests are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline the request management process and improve response times.
• Strategic Alignment: Work with Analytics Business managers and Business Intelligence developers to ensure that all reporting deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align reporting activities with broader system goals and strategies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and recommend existing content to meet current data needs vs. need for new content for reporting effectiveness.

Requirements

• Cogito Certification/Knowledge (Required)
• Past experience scoping projects/requests, process management
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex data sets and reporting needs
• JIRA/ServiceNow background preferred

Pay

$100k - $120k / year
