Certified CNA or HHA - Fall River

About the role

Senior Helpers is hiring Spanish-speaking caregivers for clients in Fall River, MA. Shifts are 8 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home
• Completing all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supply personal companionship, actively engaging with each client and their families
• Aid in personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Document tasks completed and report any changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Requirements

Dependable, compassionate, and empathetic professional with a strong desire to help others and provide quality service. Must be motivated to make a positive impact and contribute to the better quality of life for the aging population. Must be willing to work close to home and have a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have a Certified CNA or HHA certification. Experience in home care is a plus but not required.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive situations, and a positive attitude are essential.
