Certified Caregiver - FT

About the role

At Watermark Retirement Communities, we are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Certified Caregivers to join our team. Positions include opportunities in Memory Care and Assisted Living, with varying shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents
• Work weekends as required
• Complete paperwork diligently
• Show excellent work ethic and great assessment skills
• Continuously learn and grow your caregiving skills

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Caregiver
• One year’s experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or home care setting is ideal
• Able to work weekends
• Diligent in completing paperwork
• Excellent work ethic
• Great assessment skills
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Schedule

Shifts vary depending on the position, including:

• FT Memory Care - 6-2:30pm; 2:00-10:30pm with Memory Care experience preferred
• PT Assisted Living - 6 - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm and 10pm to 6:30am with Assisted Living experience preferred
• PRN for both AL and MC - 6 - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm and 10pm to 6:30am with both Assisted Living and Memory Care experience preferred
