Responsibilities

• Support clients’ daily needs with initiative and companionship.
• Maintain clients' health and safety through personal care and environment monitoring.
• Follow individualized plans of care for hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and other tasks.
• Perform shopping, errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• One year experience in home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to use a smartphone-based app.
• Punctual and dependable.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation.
• Able to utilize a smartphone based app.
• Punctual and dependable.

Compensation

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour
