Certified Caregiver - Bilingual Preferred Vietnamese

About the Role

Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home, assisting with activities of daily living, personal needs, comfort, and safety. Offers compassionate companionship and emotional support while performing household tasks and transportation duties.

• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license

USD $23.79 - $27.53 / Hour
