About the role

Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's premier retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing. We are seeking a full-time Certified Caregiver in Assisted Living / Memory Care. As a Certified Caregiver, you will enrich lives daily by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication systems and procedures to ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors
• Uphold Touchmark’s values: excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Model and encourage behaviors that align with being allies, friends, and givers
• Commit to confidentiality and continuous learning and skill improvement

Requirements

• Caregiver certification for the state of Arizona
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Arizona fingerprint clearance certification
• Arizona food handler certification
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

Pay

Starting pay: $22.00 per hour (based on experience).
