About the role

Assists assigned community members, faculty, staff, and students to increase awareness of the availability of Experiential Learning experiences at all colleges within the Alamo Colleges District (ACD), ensuring that every student will have an Experiential Learning experience by graduation. Reports to the Career Experience Team Leader. Position is located at Special Projects, 2222 N. Alamo St., San Antonio, TX 78215. This is a salaried, grant-funded role (40 hours per week) and is benefits‑eligible.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
• Two years of related experience, preferably in a college setting.
• Experience working with parents/students in an educational or community program.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Four years of related experience.
• Two years’ experience working with parents/students in an educational or community program.
• Must complete Level III Career Navigator Certification within 12 months of hire.
• Must be certified in key competencies as defined by Student Success leadership within 12 months of hire.

Schedule

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm (40 hours per week). May require some nights and weekends.
