Certified Behavior Technician-in home (Sammamis)
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a motivated therapist to join our team and deliver customized treatment plans that improve our clients' quality of life.
Schedule
- Monday & Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:45 PM
- In-home sessions in Sammamish
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis–driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community settings
- Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community environments
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Provide adequate feedback regarding client progress to supervisor
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals
- Track client progress and program data
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
Requirements
- Must hold a Certified Behavior Technician certificate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
