Cert. Nurse Aide (CNA)

About the role

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies and is currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities

• Work in various settings including assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Chart and execute plans of care as directed.
• Participate in on-site training provided by A Plus Health Care.
• Be prepared to take on additional shifts based on performance.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B).
• CPR certification.
• Pass a criminal background check.

• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

The base rate is $18 per hour, with the potential to increase to $24.70 per hour.
