Role Description and Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts to raise $3 million in funding to drive Salsa Valley's Web2 and Web3 products launch rate and accelerate partner and user acquisition strategies.
Implementation of strategies for growth and popularization of products and the brand as a whole.
Lead our diverse team with a forward-thinking approach, driving innovation and maintaining a culture of excellence.
Navigate the company through its stages of growth, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet the changing needs of both our partners and users.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Dynamic strategic leader with a proven track record of raising finance for growth and expansion.
- Extensive experience scaling a business, ideally in the Gaming or Crypto space, demonstrating real success stories.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and develop strong relationships with investors, partners and stakeholders.

Compensation
- This is a full-time remote job.
- The share of team's $SALSA tokens for this position will be 5-10%.
- Salary: 50,000 per year + bonuses will start immediately profitable.
- The profitability goal is within the first 2-5 months.
