The CEO will ensure effective implementation of organizational policies, quality patient services, regulatory compliance, institutional growth, and long-term sustainability. Job Responsibilities Lead overall operations, strategic planning, business growth, and institutional development in line with the organization’s mission and objectives.Work closely with the Board of Directors on policies, budgets, expansion plans, major decisions, and long-term strategy; prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.Oversee patient services, including admission, documentation, communication with patients and guardians, service quality, and patient safety.Supervise department heads and ensure effective coordination among medical, clinical, accounts, HR, marketing, and administrative teams.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, labor laws, professional standards, and organizational policies.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and organizational sustainability.Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, corporate organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.Lead risk management, crisis response, staff development, and institutional accountability, and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Board.
