Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid WWCC and current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
• Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Strong technical skills to work across a variety of online platforms.
• Commercially astute - proven ability to increase occupancy and minimise debt.
