Responsibilities

• Handle Radiology appointments and insurance verification
• Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations
• Manage incoming faxes
• Send out medical records

Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday are key to success in this role.

Requirements

• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment
• Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff

Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Fully remote, working within CST time zone

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
