About the Role

Join Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, and make a local impact in the Greater Nashville, TN area. Premier Radiology combines a strong local presence with the support and resources of Radiology Partners (RP), a leading national radiology organization. With 20+ outpatient imaging centers in the Nashville market, you’ll work in a setting that values high-quality care, advanced diagnostic technology, and a patient-centered approach.

This is a full remote position working within the CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Handle radiology appointments and insurance verification
• Manage a multi-line phone system for multiple locations
• Process incoming faxes and send out medical records
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Background in healthcare is preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is preferred
• Ability to work in a high-productivity, fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. Final compensation may vary based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
