About the role
Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising efforts, and coordinating events. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
- Oversee fundraising campaigns and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fundraising activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or related field
- Proven success in managing donor relationships and fundraising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with donor databases and CRM systems
- Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
