Central Supervision Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

About the role

This full-time, exempt position provides branch supervisory support for all retail sales activities throughout the firm and reports to the Manager of Central Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support for assigned retail branches including review of daily trades, correspondence (electronic and hard copy), new accounts, monthly/quarterly account reviews, and other supervisory tasks as needed
• Work closely with each assigned branch to ensure proper supervision of retail activity
• Serve as the branch manager for approval of daily administrative retail sales tasks on an as-needed basis
• Assist in maintaining and updating procedure manuals and branch supervisory procedures
• Build strong relationships with assigned retail branches and home office personnel

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in brokerage field (supervisory experience preferred)
• Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65)
• Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required
• Life, Health, and Variable insurance license preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Organized with good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Self-starter, capable of working with limited supervision
• Ability to prioritize work assignments

Pay

Hiring range: $70,000 – $100,000. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
