Central Student Worship Director

What You Will Be Doing

• Build strong relationship with campus student worship leaders and their team.
• Encourage and coach local student worship leaders in both spiritual and practical growth.
• Organize worship set planning meetings for every series.
• Resource campus student worship leaders with Ableton tracks.
• Help develop and strengthen a unified worship culture across all campuses.
• Aid in planning, resourcing, and implementing worship strategies and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of student worship leaders and volunteers.
• Foster healthy, growing communities of student worshippers across each campus.
• Stepping in and leading the local worship teams across the Southeast local campuses.

Our Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership.
• Proven communications skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events, and volunteer teams.
• A team-player willing to collaborate.
• One who exhibits an active daily walk with God and models godly living that inspires others.
• An engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Lives out staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Models staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith and submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
