It includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 249‑bed community hospital, Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 102‑bed facility, a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services. The Greater Manchester Region serves a region of 300,000 people in 19 towns. Location: 71 Haynes Street (10627).

Responsibilities

• Partners with Staffing Coordinator to align staffing operations with organizational staffing expectations and goals.
• Ability to cover for Central Staffing Specialist and complete daily Staffing Office tasks when necessary.
• Utilizes computer software to prepare, change and update the clinical schedules.
• Ensures nursing units are staffed utilizing the applicable templates.
• Reconciles schedules to be final in staffing and scheduling system by due date.
• In collaboration with manager, approves/denies scheduling and time off requests.
• Reconciles timecards by managing missed punches, unexcused absences, unscheduled shifts, etc. with support from the Central Staffing Specialist.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Hospital Staffing or other related office experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a time keeping or scheduling software strongly preferred.

• Solid customer service acumen and interpersonal
