About the role

The Central Scheduling Lead coordinates the daily scheduling process for all incoming patients and COVID referrals, as well as for all internal and external physicians and departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the daily scheduling process for all incoming patients and COVID referrals
• Completing the daily scheduling processes for all internal and external physicians and departments

Requirements

• Strong medical terminology
• Previous experience in a hospital or physician office
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management
• Able to work independently within a team environment
