Central Registration/PER (Float Pool)
This position will start remotely. As the role develops, there may be a future requirement to work on-site, so candidates should be open to this potential change. Travel to Boston, Brookline, and Jamaica Plain is required for the traditional PER Float role (all locations are accessible by public transportation). This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates, temps, or former BCH employees who worked here in the past 12 months). Terms and taxes apply.
Schedule
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Employees may select a consistent 8.5-hour shift between 7:00am – 7:00pm. If the position transitions to a traditional PER Float role, schedule flexibility will be required to support onsite shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm, based on department needs.
