- Bachelor's degree from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university
- Online Substitute Training Course STEDI (http://www.stedi.org/) with a composite passing score of at least 80% ($49.95 fee)
- Two professional references
Responsibilities
- Assume the duties and responsibilities of the regular classroom teacher
- Maintain good classroom management
- Present a predetermined quality instructional plan
