Responsibilities
- Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products
- Ensure quality control of all products before sending to the sales floor
- Maintain sanitation in the department
- Maintain organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in, and production area
- Read and execute daily production lists
- Provide customer service, including answering questions and taking phone orders
- Assist in monitoring product quality and shrink
- Order and receive products and supplies
- Maintain transfer records
- Continuously prep, wrap, price, sell, and stock products
- Prepare customer samples for self-serve or demos
- Provide superlative customer service
- Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales
Duties may be modified at any time based on business needs, and employees may be required to perform other job-related tasks as requested by their supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience with commercial production preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and preparation of baking goods preferred

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 50 lbs.)
- Bend, reach, push, and pull
- Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
