Central Market (Southlake) Chefs Case Sales Lead - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in product ordering
• Assist in creating weekly department schedule
• Identify and prioritize high-priority activities
• Set clear expectations for tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain operational effectiveness
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control
• Maximize sales through merchandising and suggestive selling

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably 5-8 years
• Previous retail or restaurant experience required
• Extensive knowledge of specialty food products and preparation is essential
• Strong customer service skills required
• A passion for food is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial
• The ability to work in extreme temperatures is necessary
• A Materials Handling Equipment certification is required
