Responsibilities
- Select and package eCommerce online orders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all Perishable and Non-Perishable eCommerce merchandise areas are clean and free of debris.
- Package, transport, and load groceries and merchandise from the store to the customer’s vehicle.
- Assist in selecting, sorting, unloading merchandise from baskets or totes into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas, and return products to their proper location.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering product-related questions, locating products, and assisting customers as needed.
- Minimize shrink through careful handling of product.
- Achieve productivity standards.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
- Use a digital tool to select items necessary to complete orders, pack and stage customer orders, and retrieve orders for customers.
- Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore as needed.
- Maintain and stock bag areas.
- Organize, clean, and prepare prep areas, wareroom, and sales floor for incoming trucks.
- Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products to support eCommerce order selection.
- Maintain standards for safety and sanitation.

Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to use material-handling equipment and maintain licensure.
