Central Kids Operations Associate

Essential Functions

  • Helps to launch new campuses and assists as needed at existing campuses.
  • Provides operational assistance for all Kids campus-wide events, such as: Camp, RUCKUS, Family Dedication, All Team Gatherings, Team Retreats, etc. with registration, purchasing, scheduling, and other operational needs.
  • Serves as a team project manager holding team members accountable for deadlines.
  • Led distribution of curriculum to campuses.
  • Works with Events, Legal, Communications, IT, etc. on various logistics as needed.
  • Provides administrative support including curriculum formatting, internal transfers, billing, and other tasks as needed.

Required Education, Experience, And Membership

  • Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Administrative experience, ministry and/or project management experience preferred.
  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
  • Models staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
  • Lives out staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
  • Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
