Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensure controlling data consistency and consolidation.
• Maintain and further develop the reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS solutions).
• Cook up and execute all financial reporting phases (actuals, forecast, budget, strategic plan).
• Investigate the variances and monitor the action plans.
• Improve the processes and promote innovative digital reporting.
• Be a finance ambassador to share the best practices within the organization.
• Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors.
• Act as a business partner toward the management of the Division, and provide recommendation to the management.
• Propose to the management action plans and standardization of financial process across BAUs.

What You Will Learn In This Position

• Learn about all FORVIA reporting and controlling processes.
• Lead projects and initiatives directly connected to Controlling process improvements.
• Interact with a large variety of stakeholders and partners at different levels of the organization to build a strong network within FORVIA (Top management, Regions, Business Groups, etc.).
