Call Center Support Specialist The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the US, is seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to assist our corporate facilities team! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you. The successful candidate will help assist the Facilities help desk. This includes coordinating facilities-related requests for all schools in 8 states, including property maintenance and repair, fleet maintenance, and engaging third-party contractors. Pay rate of $16 per hour, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift Location: 601 East McBee Ave. Greenville, SC 29601 Responsibilities Deliver facility related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk, email and phoneRespond to inquiries, concerns and requests about facility issues in a prompt and professional mannerGather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptomsDiagnose and resolve issues by using pre-established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as neededIdentify and escalate priority issues per center's needsAccurately process and record calls; maintain accurate and thorough records in databaseFollow up with centers to verify issues have been resolved. Correct any open issuesProactively provide solutions to streamline and upgrade the problem resolution processPack and ship materials from corporate office to centersAssist with managing bus fleet tracking and maintenance Requirements Education and Work Experience: Minimum of one year of multi-site help desk or call center experienceWorking knowledge of basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related issuesComputer proficiency, including with online ticketing systems and Microsoft Office SuiteRelevant industry experience a plus Competencies: Strong customer focus with superior customer service skillsAbility to listen and troubleshoot effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to work with partners and dispatch vendorsAbility to learn and take initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment Benefits Why You'll Love Working at The Sunshine House: Our team is our family.
