The donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of employee performance and scheduling
• Inventory Control efforts and operational leadership
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing tasks
• Foster teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and equipment monitoring from a distance

Qualifications

• Pro-longed glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Pay

The U.S. based hourly wage range for this position is $22.80 - $31.35. Actual hourly wage offered may depend on various factors including qualifications, experience, and location.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with regular hours.
