Center Supervisor

Responsibilities Under general direction, responsible for supervising day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collectionsProvides instructions, conducts meetings and communicates performance expectationsAdvises management of employee relations and escalated donor issuesIn conjunction with Group Leaders, facilitates donor movement throughout the center, minimizing wait and processing timeMonitors time card reporting procedures, attendance and utilization of overtimeConducts error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvementParticipates with management in recruitment and selection of center operations staff and in providing performance appraisals and feedbackEnsures compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal, state and local regulationsMay assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retentionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical trainingBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferredMinimum of (1) year supervisory experience required with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others Different qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
