Center Supervisor

About the role

You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives
• Work with donors to resolve concerns
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required

Pay

U.S. hourly wage range: $22.80 – $31.35. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and job location.

Schedule

Full time, non-exempt position.
