About the role

The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement quality control measures to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement plans based on feedback and analysis.
  • Train staff on quality management principles and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality management frameworks.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
