About the role
The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement quality control measures to maintain consistent service levels.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain quality improvement plans based on feedback and analysis.
- Train staff on quality management principles and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality management frameworks.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
