About the role
The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement quality control measures to maintain consistent service levels.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with quality management systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
