About the role

The Center Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations within the center.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement quality control measures to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with quality management systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
