Center Physical Therapy Director
Description
The Center Therapy Director position involves providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of patients. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, developing and updating treatment plans, instructing patients, maintaining open communication, and managing clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessments: Evaluate the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Treatment Plan Updates: Continuously update and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical reasoning.
- Treatment Implementation & Monitoring: Implement and monitor patient progress through effective instruction and counseling.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with patients, referring physicians, and team members.
- Team Management: Treat team members, patients, families, and others with dignity and respect. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California PT license required (or license in progress).
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!

Pay
Starting compensation range is $115,000-$135,000 annually + quarterly SPIF incentive opportunity. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
