Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
